I've been a Certified Transformational Coach, Reiki Master Therapist and "Workshops From the Inside Out" founder and leader since 2011, with ongoing training and certifications in related fields.  I'm blessed with a gift for believing more in my clients' potential, than they believe in their limitations. 

My wholistic coaching career began in the side office of a seasoned and kind chiropractor in Truckee, California.  While he expertly adjusted physical misalignments, I experienced the wonder of people's hearts, lives and sometimes even their bodies self-aligning as their false core beliefs were addressed, and their inner-to-outer life balance was restored.  

Now I simply aim to anchor each session in stillness, helping us to more deeply awaken in the Awareness that guides our individual and collective destinies.
